A geographically representative network of European hospitals will collect CT protocol parameters, patient size metrics, dose data, and anonymised images for selected clinical indications. The resulting database will reflect variations in clinical practice across Europe. The DMB and ELSIB will support data quality, harmonisation, anonymisation, and legal compliance. AI methods will be used to identify anomalies, including unusually high or low radiation doses.
